Important Disclosures

Effective Date: April 1, 2026  ·  Last Updated: April 1, 2026

The following disclosures apply to information, materials, and content provided by Gideon Strategic Partners on this website and in related communications. Please read these disclosures carefully before relying on any information presented herein.

1.

Index & Benchmark References

  • References to indexes and benchmarks are hypothetical illustrations of aggregate returns and do not reflect the performance of any actual investment. Investors cannot invest in an index and do not reflect the deduction of the advisor's fees or other trading expenses.
  • There can be no assurance that current investments will be profitable. Actual realized returns will depend on, among other factors, the value of assets and market conditions at the time of disposition, any related transaction costs, and the timing of the purchase.
  • Indexes and benchmarks may not directly correlate or only partially relate to the fund as they have different underlying investments and may use different strategies or have different objectives than the fund.
  • Hypothetical performance does not include all indices related to this hypothetical. It may partially relate or not at all.
2.

Performance & Portfolio Disclosures

  • Performance may be net of applicable management fees and incentive fees. The Hypothetical Model Portfolio may be shown before custody, commissions, and any related transaction fees and expenses and may not reflect the reinvestment of dividends and capital gains.
  • Different portfolios have different investment objectives and risk profiles. Any portfolio shown only relates to a select group of client accounts with the same investment objectives and risk profile. Different accounts have different risk return attributes.
  • Economic factors, market conditions, and investment strategies will affect the performance of any portfolio and there can be no assurance that a portfolio will match or outperform any particular index or benchmark.
  • All investment strategies have the potential for profit or loss; changes in investment strategies, contributions or withdrawals may materially alter the performance and results of a portfolio. Different types of investments involve varying degrees of risk, and there can be no assurance that any specific investment will be suitable or profitable for a client's investment portfolio.
3.

Tax & Regulatory Notice

  • Nothing provided herein constitutes tax advice. Individuals should seek the advice of their own tax advisor for specific information regarding tax consequences of investments.
  • Investments in securities entail risk and are not suitable for all investors. This is not a recommendation nor an offer to sell (or solicitation of an offer to buy) securities in the United States or in any other jurisdiction.
  • Any reproduction or distribution of this presentation, as a whole or in part, or the disclosure of the contents hereof, without the prior consent of Gideon Strategic Partners, is prohibited except as permitted by regulation or law.
4.

Third-Party Information

Certain information herein has been obtained from third-party sources and, although believed to be reliable, has not been independently verified and its accuracy or completeness cannot be guaranteed. No representation is made with respect to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of this document. Note: Advisers have the obligation to verify third-party performance. See SEC vs. F-Squared.

Website Disclosures

A copy of Gideon Strategic Partners' current written disclosure brochure filed with the SEC, which discusses among other things Gideon's business practices, services, and fees, is available through the SEC's website at www.adviserinfo.sec.gov.

6.

Gross vs. Net Performance Disclosure

  • Any return figures presented herein are for illustrative purposes only and may include both gross and net performance estimates. Gross returns reflect the performance of underlying investments before the deduction of fees, expenses, and taxes. Net returns are presented after the deduction of certain assumed costs, which may include platform fees, insurance-related expenses, and estimated tax impacts in taxable accounts.
  • The illustrated taxable return assumptions are based on hypothetical blended federal and state tax rates and do not reflect the actual tax circumstances of any specific investor. The tax treatment of investments varies based on individual circumstances and may change due to future legislation or regulatory developments.
  • These examples are hypothetical, do not represent actual client performance, and are intended solely to demonstrate the potential impact of tax-aware structuring. Actual results will vary materially and may be lower or higher than those shown.
  • Tax-advantaged results assume the policy is properly structured and maintained in compliance with applicable tax laws. Failure to meet these requirements may result in adverse tax consequences.
7.

Monte Carlo Disclosure

  • Monte Carlo simulations produce ranges of outcomes based on the estimated probability of their occurrence. Monte Carlo analyses are built upon assumptions that may not come to pass. Long-term projected returns for asset classes or investments are estimates and include estimated reinvested dividends and capital gains. These projected returns do not reflect the impact of investment advisory fees.
  • Monte Carlo simulations have material limitations. Market movements may be more or less extreme and more or less frequent than those that occur in the model. Certain asset classes and investments have shorter histories than others and may not be as reliable. Market events and other factors may influence the reliability of the potential outcomes.
  • The likelihood of various investment outcomes is hypothetical. These possible outcomes do not represent actual investment results. There is no guarantee or assurance that the projected or simulated results will be achieved or sustained. Actual results may be better or worse than the simulated scenarios.
  • All investment strategies have the potential for profit or loss. Changes in investment strategies, contributions or withdrawals, and economic conditions may materially alter the performance of your portfolio. Different types of investments involve varying degrees of risk, and there can be no assurance that any specific investment or strategy will either be suitable or profitable for a client's portfolio. There are no assurances that the portfolio will match or outperform any particular benchmark.
