Aleeza Hirschmann supports senior leadership and contributes to the firm's day-to-day operations with a high level of professionalism and discretion. Working closely with partners and executives, she plays an integral role in maintaining the firm's pace, organization, and client experience, serving as a central point of coordination across both internal and external interactions.

With a natural ability to anticipate needs and bring structure to complex, fast-moving priorities, Aleeza contributes across a broad range of functions, from executive support and operational coordination to client-facing engagement, ensuring that workflows remain seamless and standards consistently elevated.

Aleeza earned her undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the USC Marshall School of Business, graduating cum laude.

Born and raised in Los Angeles, Aleeza enjoys spending time at the beach, working out, exploring new restaurants, and being with family and friends.
