In her role, Caroline provides strategic support by collaborating with leadership to develop and implement key company initiatives. Her responsibilities encompass developing annual budgets and forecasts, analyzing financial statements, managing the company's accounting processes, reporting on internal operations, and overseeing the hiring and onboarding of new talent.

Her comprehensive approach ensures the company's operational efficiency and financial stability. Born and raised in Los Angeles, Caroline enjoys watching soccer, traveling, and spending quality time with friends and family.
