Connor Molinski joined Gideon Strategic Partners in the summer of 2021 as a Financial Analyst Intern before his junior year at Windward High School in Mar Vista, California, where he graduated in 2023.

At Gideon, Connor focuses on enhancing operational efficiency through specialized automation projects and spearheads CRM initiatives and buildouts. His work helps the firm scale its capabilities and deliver a more seamless experience for clients and advisors alike.

Connor went on to study at King's College London, ranked among the top universities in the UK. Outside of work and school, he enjoys cooking, competitive climbing, playing the drums, and studying linguistics.
