David Suvall

David Suvall joined Gideon Strategic Partners in February 2022 as Director of Business Development and Member of the Board, helping to source, identify, and execute key business development opportunities, including deal origination, capital raising, and third-party manager selection.

Mr. Suvall spent five years at BlackRock, first in its Special Opportunities Group and later in its Leveraged Finance and Securitized Assets Groups, where he was responsible for business development, investment strategy, capital raising, and execution of alternative investment strategies.

Mr. Suvall subsequently left BlackRock to pursue his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He later joined Sunrun Inc., the nation's largest distributed solar and grid services provider, before bringing his institutional expertise to Gideon.
