Edwin Kispert is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Gideon Strategic Partners. He leads the firm's strategic direction and operational execution, with a focus on building systems that support scale, efficiency, and long-term growth, overseeing management, reporting, business processes, organizational planning, and cross-functional alignment across HR, IT, and finance.

Beyond operations, Ed works directly with clients to develop personalized, outcome-driven financial strategies centered on tax-efficient investing, asset management, and asset protection planning for individuals, families, and privately held businesses.

Ed graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a BA in Economics and a concentration in Financial Globalization.
