Henry Reitzenstein, J.D.

Henry Reitzenstein's comprehensive tax planning practice addresses sophisticated wealth transfer techniques, including income, estate, and gift tax planning, as well as philanthropic structures and strategies for high-net-worth individuals and families, closely held businesses, corporate executives, and charitable foundations.

He also advises on executive compensation planning, including equity-based compensation and incentive bonus plans, as well as the tax and ERISA aspects of business formation, restructuring, reorganization, mergers and acquisitions, and employee benefits.
