Trevor Charlston

Director, Client Services

Trevor Charlston serves as Director of Client Services at Gideon Strategic Partners. He joined the Royal Bank of Scotland as one of the youngest fixed-income traders in the bank's history, managing a $2 billion trading book of short-term U.S. interest rate products.

Trevor then transitioned to the Structured Products Sales Group, focusing on Asset-Backed Securities, Mortgage-Backed Securities, and Collateralized Loan Obligations. He and his partner were subsequently hired by Nomura Securities International to build out a Structured Products Sales office in Southern California, where he cultivated relationships with expert traders and world-renowned portfolio managers.

Trevor graduated cum laude from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania with a Bachelor of Science in Economics.
